Well, the title says a lot. I'm French, aged 18 & currently living in Toulouse. A brief bio? Okay, here we go. Was born in the Parisian suburbs to a French woman born in Algeria & with Spanish blood flowing in her veins, & a Greek immigrant. I'm Mediterranean all the way, haha (well, almost). I spent my childhood & the beginning of my adolescence reading, playing the piano & frolicking around. Those friends of my childhood are & will remain my bosom mates. I am quite constant in my affections. I then moved for two years in Greece (Athens to be precise). My father never having taught me Greek, I learnt the Hellenic tongue & a teeny bit of Ancient Greek too, on the very spot where the ancient philosophers ate figs & taught mathematics to their disciplined flock. Woohoo, the intellectual pleasure of it all. I then moved back to Paris to sit my baccalauréat, then to Lyon for two years of prep-school, & here I am now, in my rented lodgings in Toulouse! I'm in business school by the by. Oh, just for further proof that the world is indeed a village, I'll just relate that quite thrilling anecdote. I had totally forgotten my Greek schoolmates by the time I was in Lyon. And whom should I meet in my business school section, but a Greek girl named Myrtho, who had apparently not forgotten me at all! & now we're best mates, & she's put me in contact with all my former & forgotten Greek acquaintances. As well as with that Greek flavour of life. Never on Sunday! :D ;) | ||
