 Registered Member #7 Joined: Posts: 13 | Dear Icarus, Perhaps it was unwise of me to start a whole new thread just to say this to you, but... Thank you so much for playing the Prelude in C# minor. I, amongst many other keen listeners, loved listening to it, and watching you perform. I loved the way you lifted your hands off the piano, like my teacher taught me a pianist ought to: with grace, with eloquence. And I loved the little 'thud' that, I believe, happened when you took your foot of the sustaining pedal. I don't think that there is a way in which I can express my gratitude towards you, but I will insist that you ask something of me, too, in return for your playing. I would like to, but I don't dare say 'anything at all', because I'm afraid that I will not be able to do...''anything at all''. But I will try my hardest to do what you ask for. So, how may I repay your kindness? :) | ||
